Hello there!
In this blog, I want to let my visitors know about a human body and how it responds to whatever you put into it. Youngsters have a great amount of energy and there metabolism is much more stronger than an old aged person. As you grow older, your metabolic rate starts declining depending upon what kind of lifestyle you are following. So, as we age, our metabolic rate slows down.
Now, some of you must be wondering that what is a metabolic rate and how it affects your health. The chemical reaction in a body that changes the food into energy is known as METABOLISM. Metabolism is basically the amount of energy (calories) your body uses to maintain itself. If your metabolic rate is fast then it becomes convenient to digest food and burn more calories and if it is slow, then your digestion becomes slower. To maintain a good level of metabolism, you have to eat healthy food by following a nutritional diet and a good workout plan.
Some people think that if they'll eat less, skip meals and workout more, reducing their daily calorie intake and ultimately they'll loose fat. Yes, you'll burn fat but if you'll follow this strategy, then you are going to face a lot of health problems in future. This is a worst strategy to follow if you want to live a long and healthy life. Following are the disadvantages of eating less:
1) Getting ill frequently
2) Fatigue
3) Skin problems
4) Hair fall
5) Reproductive difficulties
6) Constantly feeling cold
And there are many more disadvantages that can be very serious.
